Lawrence M. Rudner (Larry)

The farm is primarily operated by Lawrence M. Rudner, MBA, PhD, a retired research statistician. He has been growing oysters for 10 years and has completed a 10-week course in Aquaculture offered by Phillips Wharf Education Center. He has also completed the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) seafood safety course offered by the University of Maryland. He has also taught classes on oyster gardening through Phillips Wharf and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.

Pamela R. Getson (Pam)

The farm is also operated by Pamela Getson, PhD, a retired biostatistician. Pam is responsible for marketing, client communications, grant funding, data analysis, and assisting with all farm operations.
